A simple, stunning no-cook charcuterie board with just five ingredients that combines fresh berries, creamy cheese, crunchy nuts, cured meat, and a drizzle of honey for a quick and impressive Mother’s Day brunch.

Ingredients

  • Thin slices of prosciutto or salami
  • Soft, creamy cheese like fresh mozzarella balls or goat cheese logs
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Raw nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • Raw honey

Instructions

  1. Arrange thin slices of prosciutto or salami in gentle folds or rolls on one side of your board.
  2. Place mozzarella balls or slices of goat cheese logs near the meat. If using logs, cut them into half-inch rounds.
  3. Clean and dry your berries carefully. Distribute clusters of strawberries and blueberries around the cheese and meat. Cut large berries in halves if needed.
  4. Toss raw almonds or walnuts in small piles or spread them out to fill gaps on the board.
  5. Use a honey dipper or teaspoon to drizzle honey over the cheese and berries lightly.

Notes

Keep the board covered with plastic wrap if not serving immediately to prevent cheese from drying out. Pat berries dry to avoid sogginess. Use quality fresh ingredients for best flavor. Assemble the board no more than 30 minutes before serving for freshness. Optional additions include fresh mint leaves, crackers, or seasonal fruit variations.
